Abstract

The theme of my thesis is Employees Performance Management and Appraisal. I have dispose my thesis by Vsetin ´s hospital a.s. The aim of this thesis is to make the analysis of the evaluation system, try to find inadequacies of appraisal, to propose a recommendation and possible changes in evaluation system, that all digestedly and comprehensibly. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis contains a general explication of the appraisal system, its cohesion with other activities of the enterprise and about appraisal methods. The practical part involves the practical aspects, which concern of characterization of company, analysis of the evaluation system and also this one part contains several of my recommendations.
