Stavební úpravy obecního úřadu ve Smilovicích

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce řeší stavební úpravy objektu Obecního úřadu ve Smilovicích. Cílem těchto úprav jsou změny vnitřní dispozice a vhodné doplnění chybějících prostor včetně návrhu nástavby a půdní vestavby. Byl kladen důraz na dostupnost jednotlivých prostor pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Na základě posouzení jsou navržena i parkovací místa dle ČSN 736110. Zpracování bakalářské práce je formou objemové studie dle vyhl. č. 503/2006 Sb. Je zde doložena ekonomická náročnost vybrané varianty s použitím RU staveb. Bakalářská práce je vyhotovena v počtu 35 stran textu a 33 stran příloh.

This bachelor’s thesis solves construction alterations of the object of the city hall in Smilovice. The goals of these alterations are changes of the inner disposition and fitting completion of missing areas including a design of the extension and attic inbuilding. The emphasis was the availability of single areas for people with bounded ability of motion and orientation.The actual and newly required numbers of parking places according to ČSN 736110 will be also considered. The processing of the bachelor’s thesis is made according to the form of the room study according to the order č. 503/2006 Sb. An economical demandingness of the chosen variant will be substantiated. The bachelor’s thesis is done in number of 34 pages of the text and 10 pages of the annexes.
