Abstract
This master thesis pursue modeling of di raction and polarization response by vector
di raction integral and display di racted pattern using Mueller matrix. The Stratton-
Chu di raction integral is repeated derived from the Maxwell equations. Numerical
calculations were performed in MATLAB and presented the results comparing scalar
and vector di raction integral.
