Abstract
The aim of thesis was to propose system of education at ABB corporation. Thesis was split into two parts. First part was theoretical and the second was practical. In theoretical part were specified basic terms and methods, which were related to education and development of employees. In practical part was defined current form of education in ABB corporation. ABB provided data about rating education of employees. These data were processed to tables and graphs and they were also verbally eveluated. Based on processed data were prepared proposal of education activities for the future. In practical part was also prepared specific proposals of education courses for key positions at ABB corporation.
