The thesis evaluates building structures of mudbricks in the village of Prchalov in the Příbor district. The main purpose of this work is an evaluation of risks in relation to an intended plan for building reconstruction. The thesis summarizes main information about mudbrick properties and about procedures of technical building survey using the most common diagnostic methods to find out the most probably cause of construction defects. The practical part of the thesis provides main information about the building, which brings a description of the most critical defects, describes basic test methods of brick components and shows an evaluation of the gathered data.
