Abstract

The topic of this undergraduate thesis is a project proposal of gas heating system for a detached house; the assessment of hot water consumption and a proposal project of hot water storage tank system using solar energy. The thesis also describes technical attributes of structures, the calculation of heat loss of the dwelling, a design example of a typical detail from the heat-technical point of view and an energy performance certificate (EPC). The thesis includes a technical report and design/construction documentation needed for the project.
