Abstract
In this thesis a judgement about using the theoretical starting points in practice, namely
in the industrial company BorsodChem MCHZ, s.r.o. is made. The most important products – aniline, cyclohexylamine and dicyclohexylamine are considered.
Criteria and tools of quality, attitude to the quality management including the audit are analyzed.
The goal of this work is to introduce the system of the quality management of the company BorsodChem MCHZ.
The methods of comparing and questioning have been used at the processing.
It has been found out that the satisfaction of customers is on a high level. In spite of this it has been suggested to improve the system by the qualimetric method, i.e. a computation of the satisfaction index of customers that supplements performed verbal assessment.
The company can use this suggestion in both the department of quality, environment, safety and in the sales department as well as in business relationships with customers.
The system of the quality management has been certified by the company Lloyd’s Register Quality according to the systematic standards ČSN ISO 9001:2001 and ČNS ISO 14001:2005.
