Abstract
The subject of this thesis is to develop a project for building construction
of educational and counsulting center attached according to the study. It is a three-storey building situated in slope beneath Spilberk Castle in Brno, with a vegetation flat roof accessible from the ground. The project includes accompanying report A
and B comprehensive technical report, the situation buildings C and D documentation objects, divided by decree no. 499/2006 Coll., As amended by amendment no. 62/2013 Coll. About documentation of buildings. The project also includes thermally technical assessment envelope and energy label of the building envelope.
