Abstract

This master thesis deals with the design of a control system for an industrial processing line, which is used for processing (upcycling) of input waste material into construction elements usable in the construction industry. The thesis initially introduces the reader to industrial processing line control in general and lists the areas that the designer needs to focus on during the design phase. These areas include, in particular, the safety of the control system, the method of communication and others. The thesis then presents and describes specific control system design solutions for the controlled technology, specifies the individual components required to make the system as designed, and concludes with the procedure for commissioning the control system. The thesis also includes complete project documentation in the form of an appendix
