Abstract
The submitted diploma thesis is applid to the conditions of company HART, which operates in automotive industry, specifficaly in distribution of spare car parts. The work will be divided on two parts. First theoretical part will be focused on definition of individual methods of external and internal analyzes. In the practical part attention will be on the application of individual external alanyses such as PESTLE and Porter's analysis afterwards as well as application of internal analysis on selected company, where was choosen method "7S"and financial analyses. These methods of internal and external analysis were also supported by questionnaire survey. Proposals and recommendations, which are processed on the basis of the result of SWOT analysis will enable the company to deside on its further presence on the market.
