Abstract

The thesis is focused on the utilization of cost controlling in the selected bussines company. The theoretical part defines the concept of controlling, its development, instruments and objectives. It describes functions and requirements of the controller’s position in a company. The following theoretical chapter is focused on the cost controlling and its parts. The aim of the practical part is to introduce selected company, its controlling and cost controlling of particular department.
