Organizace a řízení sportovní akce

Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is to describe an organisation, management and process of the tournament. Also became familiar with this issue and recommend steps which will improve organisation of the tournament with help of the chosen methods. The fractional aim is to describe obtaining grants from European funds from which the tournament was funded. In the practical part are discribed preparatory, continuous and final phase of the tournament, interview and questionnaire results, methods of observation and SWOT analyze. Conclusion contains summary of the results and recommendation for other years.
