Zavedení řízené dokumentace v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci

Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to introduce a controlled document in the "Risk Management" for hazard identification and risk assessment. I prepared this document for an imaginary company with fictive data. Based on this document, and using controlfunctions in softwareimplanted RISCON ® identify hazards and assess risk s for the two selected work. The output from this process will be of in-house risk management in selected activities of so-called "Safety instructions carried out activities", which is used for staff training. This output is attached, and it is the result of my thesis.
