Abstract

This thesis deals with the possible influence of sample weight to determine the value of the ignition temperature for three different materials – Tatren TF 411, Forsan 752 ABS and oak wood. The theoretical part is to put the issue of determining the flammability of combustible materials and evaluation ignitability solid materials. Furthermore you can find a description of czech standard CSN 64 0149, american ASTM D1929 - 96 standards that deal with setting the temperature of ignition, and their differences. The practical part is focused on the description of test equipment on which the values were measured ignition temperature, a description of the test procedure and test samples, and calculated values.
