Nominální a reálná konvergence České republiky k eurozóně

Abstract

Aim of the thesis is to assess the fullfilment of nominal and real convergence criteria in the Czech Republic as well as overall assessment of the readiness of Czech Republic to adopt a common currency. Both is based on theoretical approaches and empirical studies. The thesis is divided into four thematic chapters. The first chapter dealt with fundamental theoretical basis for understanding the issues. The other chapters are then followed by an analysis of nominal and real convergence of the Czech Republic to the Eurozone. Eventually, in the final thematic chapter, I assess the overall readiness of the Czech Republic to join the Eurozone.
