Abstract

This thesis deals with witch trials in Jesenicko. The first part investigates general history of witchcraft and the book that many Inquisitors used as a guide for discovery and trial of witches. Subsequently it describes torture chamber, torture and various instruments of torture. A substantial part of the thesis is Jeseníky Inquisition management processes and detailed history Jeseníky, Velké Losiny, Šumperk and processes, including thein comparison. Another section is devoted to the design of hiking trails and cycle paths „To witch trials“, containing information about the itinerary and stops.
