Stratégia rozvoja mesta Turzovka

Abstract

Témou práce je stratégia rozvoja mesta Turzovka. Dokument má dve časti: analytickú a strategickú. V analýze je prehľad vnútorných zdrojov mesta - prírodné podmienky, história, kultúra, ľudia a financie. Do tejto časti patrí aj analýza externého prostredia mesta. Nasleduje syntéza parciálnych analýz s použitím štandardnej metódy strategického plánovania - SWOT analýza. SWOT analýza umožňuje definovať prioritné ciele rozvoja mesta. Cieľom práce je návrh stratégie rozvoja mesta, návrh opatrení na dosiahnutie stanovených cieľov.

The subject of this thesis is a town development strategy for the town of Turzovka. The document has two parts: analysis and strategy. The analysis is an overview of the internal resources of the town - natural conditions, history, culture, people and finances. This section also includes analysis of the external environment of the town. Next, the synthesis of the partial analyses using standard methods of strategic planning - SWOT analysis follows. SWOT analysis allows the priority targets of the town development as well as the weak points to be defined. The aim of the study is to propose the town development strategy and to recommend the action steps that need to be taken to achieve the defined goals.
