Využití Business Continuity Plan pro zajištění krizového řízení malého podniku

Abstract

The submitted bachelor's thesis is focused on the creation of a Business Continuity Management System as an important basis for ensuring crisis management in a small business. The main document in this system is the Business Continuity Plan. Developing a Business Continuity Plan for a small business is the main content of this work. In the first part, the meaning of the plan is explained and an analysis of the current procedures for processing the plan in the Czech Republic and abroad is carried out. The following section describes the basic steps for developing a plan, including Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment and Recovery Plans. The last part of the work is then devoted to the elaboration of the Business Continuity Plan for the cafe.
