Vliv vrubového účinku na křehkolomové vlastnosti oceli v prostředí vysokotlakého vodíku

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the effect of hydrogen on steel X 52, which is used for the production of pipes for the transport of natural gas. In this theoretical part of this thesis, it is described how hydrogen acts on steel, types of materials used in the gas industry, and testing methods. In the practical part, it is devoted to the description of the steel, its hydrogenation, when it had to be switched to electrolytic hydrogenation, evaluation of tensile diagrams and fractographic analysis. The results show that the material X 52 is resistant to hydrogen embrittlement.
