Analýza organizačních konceptů vybraných těžebních podniků v podmínkách ČR

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu organizačních konceptů vybraných těžebních podniků působících v ČR a jejich vlivů na činnost těchto organizací. Diplomovou práci lze rozdělit na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce začíná indukcí současných poznatků o organizačních strukturách těžebních společností, na jejichž základě je deduktivní metodou stanovena hypotéza. V praktické části jsou poté statisticky zpracovány hodnoty získané kvantitativním šetřením na základě dotazníků. Cílem práce je ověřit pomocí dat získaných výstupem z praktické části pravdivost hypotézy, jež byla stanovena na podstatě výsledků teoretické části.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the organizational concepts of selected mining copanies operating in the Czech Republic and their effects on the activities of these organizations. Thesis can be divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part starts with induction of current knowledges about the organizational structures of mining companies on the basis of the deductive method of the hypothesis. In the practical part there are the statistically processed values obtained by quantitative surfy based on questionnaires. The aim is to verify the data obtained by using the output from the practical part of the veracity of the hypothesis, which was determined based on the results of the theoretical part.
