Analýza distribuční logistiky pevných paliv

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce s názvem Analýza distribuční logistiky pevných paliv je charakterizovat současný trh pevných paliv v České Republice, popsat skladování a distribuci podniku a následně realizovat výzkum. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou formulována teoretická východiska a následné v praktické části je proveden výzkum užitím ABC a XYZ analýz. Cílem výzkumu je analyzovat skladový sortiment pevného paliva. Výstupem práce je soubor návrhů a doporučení managementu.

The aim of the diploma thesis entitled Analysing Logistic System of Solid Fuel is to describe the current solid fuels market in the Czech Republic and companies storage and distribution. The thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part formulates the theoretical background and in the practical one is implemented research using ABC and XYZ analysis. The aim of the research is to analyse a range of solid fuels. The output of the thesis is a set of proposals and recommendations.
