Abstract
Diploma thesis deals with marketing strategy proposal of a company focusing on OHS and Fire Safety in EU. The theoretical part mainly deals with situational analysis and its methods, defining the marketing strategy and franchising. For the purpose of primary research, the questionnaire survey method is chosen. The results of the questionnaire survey with the situational analysis of the selected company are the basis for the company‘s marketing strategy proposal, which is described at the end of this thesis.
