Abstract

This diploma project called „Pervasion of a Small Czech Firm into the Netherlandish Market“ deals with the question if this firm will succeed in finding exercise on the Netherlandish market, as well as the supplying of local flower growers and the flower market with its products. The theoretical part deals with the theory of small and medium firms, with the competitiveness of firms to the foreign trade based on export, the chosen method for entrance into the foreign market and the SWOT analysis. In the practical part the selected method will be realized, in which the Netherlandish entrepreneurial environment, the competition, the suitability of marketing strategies and the determination of potential customers will be analyzed. In the end of this work the SWOT analysis and the results of the whole work are presented. In the fourth part of the work the suggestions for the firm’s future are recommended, there are also the contributions and the risks for the firm described.
