Abstract

The theme of the master's thesis was the property management of selected regional self-governing unit. This thesis is divided into two segments, which are theoretical and practical part. The first part je focused on description of theoretical aspects of management of property of regional self-governing unit from different perspectives. Second part is focused on a characteristics of the particular regional self-governing unit, as well as the analysis of its property management. In terms of this analysis are then proposed several recommendations on how to streamline the management of property of selected regional self-governing unit.
