Abstract
This thesis deals with a proposal for the introduction and promotion of a new type of competition (Hratletika) for athletic clubs. The aim of this thesis is to propose a way to introduce Hratletika to the market and promote it based on the general sports development of children aged 7-11 years, a team-oriented approach to competition, and positive motivation of children in connection with the opinions of their target customers and founders. The results show the potential of Hratletika to become a popular form of sports competition for children and also the potential to bring increased interest in their services to athletic clubs. The conclusion of the thesis includes a proposal for the concept of Hratletika and its use in creating a competitive advantage for clubs.
