Analýza a návrh optimalizace systému školení členů jednotek sborů dobrovolných hasičů

Abstract

In its introduction the dissertation surveys the legislation in the area of training voluntary firemen units (JSDH), tells how are the voluntary firemen units (JSDH) divided and outlines their activities during a fireman action. Then in the following chapters it describes current system of professional training and with the assistance of statistics and questionnaires, which were addressed to fire brigade in Opava, it tries to analyze the current conditions of professional training in connection with problem solving application during emergency. In its last part the dissertation deals with a proposal of optimization of professional training, accessibility of training materials and outlines possibilities to improve firemen´s work.
