Analýza současné situace bývalých zaměstnanců OKD, a. s. na trhu práce

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is to analyse present situation of coal miners in the mining company OKD on the labour market. Its theoretical part is dealing with problematics and key points which are important for understanding the context. The basis of the analytical part are questionnaires. The idea of the questionnaires was to define individual attitudes of the respondents (former mine labourers) in the actual problematic. In addition, few authentic interviews are added. The results of the questionnaires have been analysed, described, and further confronted with before stated hypotheses. The main goal of this research was to look upon the described problematic from the view of the affected employees.
