Problematika požárních zásahů ve věznicích - vytvoření podmínek pro činnost jednotek požární ochrany

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zdolávání požárů ve věznicích se zaměřením na vytvoření podmínek pro činnost jednotek požární ochrany. V první části jsou vyhodnocena statistická data zobrazující vývoj počtu požárů s návazností na počty úrazů a výši škod. Dále jsou uvedena specifika zdolávání požárů v závislosti na typu věznice a souvisejícím systémem vazby a výkonu trestu. V dalších částech jsou navržena konkrétní organizační a technická opatření, včetně odůvodnění jejich nutného provedení, pro rychlý a účinný zásah. Výstupem je navržení jednotné metodiky zpracovaní dokumentace zdolávání požáru a základního postupu věznice při vzniku mimořádné události.

The bachelor thesis deals with fighting fires in prisons focusing on creation of conditions for activities of Fire Brigades. The first part evaluates the statistical data showing the evolution of the number of fires in connection to injuries and the amount of damage. Further it specifies firefighting depending on the type of prison system, related detention and imprisonment. Other parts include suggested specific organizational and technical measures, including the justification for the required version, for quick and effective intervention. The output is a single design methodology for processing documents and basic fire fighting procedures at the prison during a particular incident.
