Abstract

The aim of the graduation thesis was implementation of the Analysis of Customer Behaviour on the Medical Mattress Market. Among others find out customer´s requirements and preferences in the purchase and point out the most important factors which affect their behaviour when they want to buy mattresses. The theoretical part describe the charakteristic of the medical mattress market, the characteristic of the four companies and the theory of customer`s behaviour. In the practical part is included realization of marketing research. The outcomes of marketing research were used for suggestions and recommendation for the medical mattress market. Further for the concrete companies in Opava to motivace and increase the number of new customers.
