Abstract

The thesis analyzes the development of water erosion at the D1 Paskov spoil heap and its impact on reclamation. The theoretical part describes erosion in general and its types. It further deals with the classification of water erosion according to its intensity and the factors that influence it. The last part of the theoretical section is devoted to anti-erosion measures and the specifics of the area of interest. The practical part focuses on methodology, measurements, and evaluation of results. The aim is to determine the intensity of erosion in the given area and to propose possible anti-erosion measures for landscape restoration.
