Analýza systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the analysis of the reward system of the emploees in the selected company, engaged in printing production. The first part of the bachelor´s thesis is based on theoretical concepts of reward (motivation, forms of reward, employment, wage calculation and accounting, etc.). The second part describes the selected company in terms of historical development, business activities organizational structure and reward system. The last part compares the reward system of selected group of the emploees with the reward sytem of the other emploees. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to determine if the reward system of selected group of the emploees is fair and to propose possible improvements in this area for the company.
