Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse of linkages between outputs of employee appraisal and other activities of human resource management and after that to suggest, which of them companies should evaluate as fundamental. The bachelor thesis is devided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In theoretical part there are described human resource management and importance and methods of employee appraisal and in practical part there is used interview survey among Czech companies focused on their practices in the area of employee appraisal. The final chapter evaluates the obtained data and precess them into tables and charts. The main contribution of the bachelor thesis is recomend to detected weaknesses of the employee appraisal process and to utilization of the process outputs.
