Výzkum umísťování staveb a zařízení v dobývacích prostorech a chráněných ložiskových územích.

Abstract

Doktorantská dizertačná práca je zameraná na výskum umiestňovania stavieb a zariadení v dobývacích priestoroch a chránených ložiskových územiach, ktorý je spojený s čoraz viac narastajúcou potrebou povoľovať umiestnenie s dobývaním nesúvisiacich stavieb v dobývacích priestoroch a chránených ložiskových územiach. Súvisí to najmä s rozrastajúcou sa infraštruktúrou obcí a miest ako aj v neposlednej rade s využitím území v dobývacích priestoroch v ktorých resp. na ktorých už došlo k ukončeniu dobývania nerastného bohatstva a z nejakého dôvodu nebol dobývací priestor a s tým súvisiace chránené ložiskové územie zrušené. Cieľom tejto dizertačnej práce je poukázať na legislatívne možnosti a právne istoty pri povoľovaní umiestnenia stavieb a zariadení, ktoré nesúvisia s dobývaním, v dobývacom priestore a chránenom ložiskovom území.

This dissertation is focused on research placement of buildings and equipment in the mining areas of a protected deposit area is associated with the increasingly growing need to enable placement of extraction structures unrelated to mining areas of a protected deposit area. This is related to a growing infrastructure of villages and towns and not least with the land use in areas where mining respectively where already there was a closure of mining of mineral resources and for some reason the mining area and the associated protected deposit area were not abolished. The aim of this thesis is to present the complexity of the issue , legislative options and legal certainty for the authorization and placing buildings and facilities not related to extraction, the mining area and the protected deposit area.
