Vícekriteriální výběr hypotečních úvěrů

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je provést výběr hypotečních úvěrů pro manželský pár, pomocí vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. V teoretické části je podrobně popsána základní charakteristika hypotečních úvěrů. Také je v této části zachycen vývoj hypotečních trhů v České republice. Dále jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé metody vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní výběr hypotečních úvěrů pro zvolený subjekt. Váhy variant byly stanoveny pomocí několika metod. K vícekriteriálnímu vyhodnocení variant byly použity metody váženého součtu a TOPSIS a pro výslednou kompromisní variantu byl proveden další vícekriteriální výběr.

The subject of the thesis is to select the mortgage loans for a married couple,by using multicriteria evaluation of alternatives. In the theoretical section is in detail described the basic characteristics of mortgage loans. Also, in this section is traced the progress of the mortgage markets in the Czech Republic. In addition, variousmethods are characterized by multicriteria evaluation of alternatives. The practical part is focused on a specific choice of mortgage loans for the selected entity. Weight variations were determined by using several methods. To the multicriteria evaluation methods were used variants of the weighted sum and TOPSIS and the resulting compromise was to take a further variant of multicriteria selection.
