Abstract

This diploma thesis describes the implementation of Lean manufacturing by Kaizen Method. The aim of this thesis was putting Just in sequence method into company practice. The theoretical part consider with the explanation of the Kaizen philosophy. This thesis focuses specification of techniques, which are contained in Kaizen method. The analysis of company actual state was carried out in the practical part. This part focuses implementation of Just in sequence method, time schedule method, Kanban method and 5S method. The practical part brings survey of implementation method results. In the final section the developing arrangement are proposed. The company should devote attention these measures.
