Devastační účinky bleskových povodní z konvektivní srážek v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The thesis deals with problems of floods caused by convective precipitations, in mass media usually called „flash floods”, and their devastating effect. I describe the area of the village Kunín in the Moravian-Silesian region in the second chapter of the thesis. Afterwards I describe meteorological phenomena including the clarification of convective flowing in the atmosphere, which happened in the 2009. I analyze the total territorial impact of this natural phenomenon in the fourth chapter of my thesis, which contents all information about the causes of the origin of these types of the floods and emergency management including HPPS of Czech republic and successive dates, for instance degree of flood activity. I enclose the photo documentation supporting the total progress of the chosen events. I did the visualization of the results of the analysis in programme in Geoinformatics ArcMap and hydrological software HEC-HMS. The last chapter of my thesis deals with summarization of my work.
