Mzdová problematika ve vybrané akciové společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe the basic legal aspects of wages, introduce chosen company and above all, analyze total wage costs of respective blue-collar professions. The second chapter explains the basic terms of wages issue and also contains a simple example, which explains the advantages and disadvantages of the illicit work. The following third chapter is aimed at description of the joint-stock company Lesostavby Frýdek-Místek Inc. The fourth chapter deals with the numeration of total costs of respective blue-collar professions, which are consequently compared with expenses, which the company will spend on work of minor businessmen in case of using the illicit work. The conclusion is an ascertainment, whether it is for the company more profitable to use the illicit work or employ its own employees. During the processing of this thesis were used the methods of description, analysis and comparison.
