Abstract

BORTLÍKOVÁ, A.: Cafeteria with apartment building, bachelor thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture and Construction, 2021, 57 pages, bachelor thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Klára Palánová, PhD. This bachelor thesis deals with the partial documentation for the construction of a Cafeteria with apartment building in Moravian Ostrava on the level of a partial project documentation for constructions according to Decree 405/2017 Coll., that changes Decree 499/2006 Coll., construction documentation, as amended by the Decree 62/2013 Coll. As the background for this thesis, a concept from Ateliers class II in academic year 2018/2019 guided by Ing. arch. Radim Václavík has been used. In 2019/2020 this concept has been customized in Ateliers class V under guidance of Ing. arch. Klára Frolíková Palánová PhD. Lastly, partial project documentation for constructions has been made in academical year 2020/2021 under guidance of Ing. Petr Vlček PhD. This thesis is divided into two parts – text and drawing documentation. The text documentation consists of the original covering message and of the engineering report of the architectonic-construction part. The drawing documentation has been compiled according to the bachelor thesis assignment, which specializes in Architecture and as an Architecture detail, area of food counter has been chosen.
