Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the documentation for realization of the construction of the City Hall, Marianske Hory District and Hulváky District at Mariánské náměstí in Ostrava. The basis for the elaboration was the study created by the author in the subject Studio Atelier III and Studio IV under the supervision of Ing. arch. Martin Nedvěd, Ph.D.. The building is a six-storey building with technological background and town hall archives in the 1st underground floor, café, entrance hall and ceremonial hall on the 1st floor and premises for 2nd-5th. floors. In this bachelor thesis, the study was elaborated in the documentation for the realization of the building according to Decree 405/2017 (which amends Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., On building documentation) and according to the specification conditions of the bachelor thesis.
