Územní studie lokality v Heřmanicích, Slezská Ostrava

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout varianty urbanistického řešení lokality v Ostravě - Heřmanicích a vytvořit tím vhodné uspořádání ploch a objektů. Diplomová práce je vypracována v rozsahu územní studie a zahrnuje posouzení současného stavu, na jehož základě je navrženo efektivnější využití lokality, které bude respektovat urbanistické a územně technické podmínky. V návrhu bude řešeno umístění obytných objektů, objektů občanské vybavenosti, umístění sportovních zařízení, úprava dopravní infrastruktury, úprava technické infrastruktury a veřejného prostranství včetně mobiliáře. Součástí práce je ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu a zdůvodnění jednotlivých variant řešení.

The subject of this thesis was to propose variants of urban solution of the location in Ostrava - Heřmanice and create a suitable arrangement of areas and objects. The thesis is developed in a range of regional study and includes an assessment of the current state on the basis of which is suggested more efficient use of the site, which will respect the territorial and urban technical conditions. The proposal will be dealt with the location of residential buildings, civic amenities, location of sports facilities, modification of transport infrastructure, technical infrastructure and public spaces, including furnishings. Part of the thesis is an economic rationale for the design and evaluation of each variants of solution.
