Vliv plastické deformace na zpevnění konstrukčních ocelí

Abstract

The basic aim of this thesis is to the assessment of the influence of plastic deformation on the change of mechanical properties of steels used to make of mine supports. The theoretical part describes the tensile test and stress and deformation characteristics obtained from tensile tests. There are detailed ways of strain hardening of materials. The practical part of the tests with different levels pre-deformation and Rockwell hardness measurements on 12 149 steel used to make of mine steel support. The results are compared with baseline, the strain hardening curves obtained. Attention is also paid to the influence of plastic deformation on the change of ductility of the material.
