Posouzení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném podniku a jejich optimalizace

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the human resources in a selected company and their optimization. I have chosen Hutni Projekt, a. s. located in Frydek-Mistek for this purposes. The thesis focuses on the economic section which includes three individual departments. I have chosen the departments of economic administration, archiving and reprography. The aim of diploma thesis is to suggest the measures to increase the work productivity, improve the internal services, increase the flexibility of employees, specify the unproductive time and optimize the motivational system. I used five methods and two questionnaires for the needs of this thesis.
