Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with assessment of safety training in the organization
Charita Studénka. Aim of the thesis is evaluation of current state of OSH training as
perceived by employees. Improvement proposals will be based on the outcomes of
research among employees.
Theoretical part of the thesis describes OSH with focus on OSH training.
Practical part deals with the organization desription and its internal documents regarding
OSH. Thesis defines survey as a method used to obtaining data, its specific way of
distribution in the organization and evaluation of received data. Improvements are then
proposed based on the data to increase the quality of OSH training.
