Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to discover the customers satisfaction of the attributes of the new Challenger cereal bars made by Úsovsko corporation. As a research method was chosen Focus Group in combination with a short questionnaire. Thirty respondents participated in the research. Sensory analysis was applied to research the customer opinion of attributes such as appearance, aroma, taste, consistency, composition, packaging and name. On the basis of the research were proposed some recommendations for changes of the attributes examined bars.
