Zkvalitnění systémů výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě teoretických poznatků a informací, poskytnutých od vybrané organizace, zkvalitnit systémy výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Dále také zpracování návrhů a doporučení pro zkvalitnění systémů výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část teoreticko-metodická se skládá z teoretických poznatků a je podložena odbornou literaturou, druhá část aplikačně-ověřovací pak z poznatků praktických, a to z analýzy současného systému výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci.

The aims of this thesis is based on theoretical knowledge and the information provided by the chosen organization to improve the quality of employee selection and adaptation systems in a choosen organization. Furthermore, the processing of proposals and recommendations for improving the quality of employee selection and adaptation systems in a choosen organization. The work is divided into two parts. The first part of the theoretical and methodological consists of theoretical knowledge and is supported by scientific literature, the second part of the application-authentication, from practical knowledge and from the analysis of the current system of selection and adaptation of employees in a choosen organization.
