Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the study of the opportunities of the car accesories market in Ostrava on Místecká street. The Opportunity Study envisages variants of the light industry, office and bus depots, and the zero option of doing nothing. The light industry area is designed with two basic buildings, an administrative building and a production building. The office premises consist of two buildings with 5 floors connected by an atrium. The bus depot guarantees the background for the Student Agency bus company. There is a gas station building, dishwasher, bus service and administrative building. In addition to the design of the complexes, the diploma thesis will also deal with transport and technical infrastructure. The proposals also include the calculation of gross investment costs of opportunities. Individual findings will be summarized and evaluated using SWOT and SLEPT analysis.
