Sportovně - obchodní centrum

Abstract

Jako téma své diplomové práce jsem si zvolil vypracování prováděcí projektové dokumentace pro budovu sportovně – obchodního centra. Součástí projektové dokumentace je hospodárný návrh stavební části, nuceného větrání a klimatizace tohoto objektu. Navržený objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží, přičemž severní roh prvního nadzemního podlaží je částečně zasazen do svahu. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí prodejní prostory se zázemím, skladovacími prostory a místnosti, které s prodejnou souvisí. V druhém nadzemním podlaží je navržena sportovní hala, posilovna, squash, hygienické zázemí a restaurace bez kuchyně. Do třetího nadzemního podlaží zasahuje sportovní hala a squash. Přímo ve třetím podlaží se dále nachází bowling s barem, hygienické zázemí, tribuny, bufet a strojovna vzduchotechniky.

The topic of my diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a sports and business center. Economical design of the building forced ventilation and air conditioning are the prats of this project documentation. Building has got three floors, with the north corner of the first floor is set into the slope. There is a supermarket, storage space, background for employees and content rooms with market on the first floor. There are sports hall, gym, squash, sanitary facilities, and the restaurant without the kitchen on the second floor. The sports hall and squash extend to the third floor. On the third floor there are a bowling center with a bar, sanitary facilities, grandstand seating and the air conditioning engine room.
