Posouzení bezpečné evakuace při společenských hromadných akcí

Abstract

The topic of the presented master thesis is the evaluation of safe evacuation during a mass social event. The introductory part of the thesis describes the terms used in this thesis. The first part of the thesis describes social mass events in the Czech Republic and statistics of music festivals. Subsequently, the possible venues of social events are described and the possible risks to the persons involved are defined. Furthermore, the thesis describes the conditions and principles for the security of mass events, obligations and limitations of organizers. The next part of the thesis discusses the safety of persons in the event of an emergency and the issue of crowd movement is described. In the penultimate chapter a case study is created and three possible scenarios are elaborated. At the end of the presented work, an evaluation of the identified scenarios is made and technical and organizational measures are proposed.
