Abstract

The aim of the thesis is on the basis of an analysis of existing processes of selection and adaptation of employees in the selected organization to determine their possible shortcomings, and to submit suitable proposals in order to improve these processes. The theoretical part of the work is based on a specialized literature defines human resources, human resource management, human resource planning and security. The following describes the process of recruitment, staff selection process, together with the method of selection, accepting process and adaptation of employees. The practical part is focused on the description and analysis of the actual process of selection and adaptation of employees, which is made based on an internal materials, own observation open competition, questionnaires and semi-structured dialogue with personnel. Based on the findings from the analysis of the selection and adaptation of employees are suggested proposals which could lead to the improvement of the processes analyzed.
