Abstract

This bachelor thesis is related to Czech banking sector especially to Czech business loans market. Its goal is to choose the best business loan of Czech banking market. Its structure is divided to five chapters and three appendixes. After thesis preface there is a description of fundamental characteristics of Czech business loans. Some important terms which are related to the banking industry are explained, such as interest rate, fees for banking services or credit agreement. Then specific parameters of business loans which are offered by five chosen Czech banks are described. The fictitious industrial company's need of investing capital is set for that purposes. There are three different rating versions of the company. The parameters of chosen business loans are compared by using accounting data of three rating versions of the company. Choice of the best business loan for each rating version is mentioned in thesis conclusion.
